Where do you work?
We are based in Ahmedabad and work across India, with selected international commissions.
How are fees calculated?
Fees are typically a percentage of construction cost or a fixed fee for defined scopes. We share a detailed proposal after our first meeting.
How long does a project take?
A new home typically takes 18–30 months from first meeting to handover; interior projects 4–9 months.
Do you supervise construction?
Yes. Regular site supervision is part of every full-service commission.
